ACCOUNTABILITY
At ABN the physical security of our customer’s products and information is of the utmost importance. ABN prides itself on our outstanding record of safeguarding the products entrusted to us by our customers through the utilizing of an accountability system that includes:

Inspections conducted on all incoming materials against purchase order specifications.

Internal control numbers are assigned to materials (paper and ink) to establish full accountability of these materials throughout the manufacturing process.

Paper is issued for each order and controlled through the use of an internal Accountability Form.

All paper is accounted for at various stages of production with any unused material being returned to inventory and all waste being destroyed per established procedures.

All waste is destroyed in our on site Destruction Annex.
-
Destruction Annex is self contained in a segregated, access controlled area.

Method of destruction will depend on customer specifications.

All Destruction processes are logged, signed for, and witnessed.

Destruction Certificates are maintained on file for security documentation.

Random audits of the process and documentation.
